2016'dan beri yazılım geliştiriyorum. Bugün React ve TypeScript ile hızlı, erişilebilir ve iyi test edilmiş arayüzler yazıyor, boş zamanlarımda fikirlerimi uçtan uca kendi ürünlerine dönüştürüyorum. I have been building software since 2016. Today I write fast, accessible and well-tested interfaces with React and TypeScript, and in my spare time I turn ideas into products of my own, end to end.

Merhaba, ben Yeşim. Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi'nde bilgisayar mühendisliği lisans programını, ardından Manisa Celal Bayar Üniversitesi'nde yazılım mühendisliği yüksek lisans programını tamamladım. Yüksek lisans sırasında Türkçe metin sınıflandırma üzerine yayınlar yaptım. Hi, I'm Yeşim. I completed a bachelor's degree in computer engineering at Süleyman Demirel University, followed by a master's degree in software engineering at Manisa Celal Bayar University, during which I published research on Turkish text classification.

Kariyerime PHP, Android ve hibrit mobil uygulamalarla başladım; bugün Almanya'daki ekiplerde frontend geliştiriyorum. Kullanıcıya dokunan tarafı seviyorum: anlaşılır arayüzler, tutarlı tasarım sistemleri ve bakımı kolay kod. Gerektiğinde backend ve deploy tarafına girmekten de çekinmiyorum. I started out with PHP, Android and hybrid mobile apps; today I build frontends in teams in Germany. I enjoy the part users touch: clear interfaces, consistent design systems and maintainable code, and I happily step into the backend and deployment when needed.

Araştırmayı seven, inatçı ve çalışkan biriyim; kitap okumaya bayılırım, fotoğraf çekmekten hoşlanırım ve insan psikolojisinin gücüne inanırım. Çok merak etmenin iyi olmadığı söylenir, bense meraksız öğrenmenin sıkıcı bir zorunluluk olacağından eminim. I like research, I'm stubborn and hardworking; I love reading, enjoy taking photos and believe in the power of human psychology. They say too much curiosity is not good, but I am sure that learning without curiosity would be a boring obligation.

Yüksek lisans döneminde Türkçe haber metinlerinin sınıflandırılması için öznitelik seçimi algoritmaları: hibrit bir yöntem ve sıra atamalı çoğunluk oylaması topluluğu. Feature selection algorithms for classifying Turkish news texts, from my graduate studies: a hybrid method and a majority-vote ensemble with rank allocation.
